Following the successful first edition in 2018, WoodFungi returns in 2027 with a renewed perspective.
Over the past years, specialty mushroom cultivation has evolved significantly. Technological innovations, sustainability ambitions and shifting markets are redefining the contours of today’s specialty mushroom landscape.
Meanwhile, demand from within the industry for a new edition has continued to grow.
